If you see a charge from Melto, it is for your Melto Plan or Mentorship subscription.
When you signed up, you chose a plan tailored to your goals — whether it’s on a weekly, 4-weekly, or 12-weekly basis. To ensure uninterrupted access to your courses, coaching, and guides, your subscription is set to auto-renew. This allows you to focus on your personal growth without the need to manually renew each billing cycle.
How to disable auto-renewal:
If you wish to stop future charges, you can disable the auto-renewal feature at any time:
Go to your profile: Tap the Profile icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Access subscriptions: Go to the Account Settings section and select Subscription.
Manage plan: Here you can view your current billing details and choose to cancel or disable the auto-renewal option.
I don’t have an active subscription, but I was charged.
